Edward Ginn

Director, CMRE Network
Edward Ginn is the President of the CMRE Network.  He is responsible for soliciting new members across all business sectors.  He will also have a specific responsibility for implementing systems to generate business and clients in the Net Lease Sector.

Ed served as President of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) from 2005 to 2007 and continues to play an active role in this national commercial real estate network.  During his tenure as President, the RBN’s member offices grew from 22 to 36 nationwide.  It now has sixty (60) offices working together to develop retail real estate business for brokers, owners and retailers.

Ed Ginn has been active in commercial real estate since 1982 and is the founding principal of Equity Retail Brokers.  He has over thirty (30) years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Ed has sold or financed over $750 million of commercial real estate.  He presently leads Equity’s Investment Sales Division.

Throughout his career, Ed’s commercial real estate clients have included many of the country’s best known retailers and organizations.  He has closed transactions for such notable companies as Federal Realty, Brixmor, Prudential Insurance, Alliance Bank, Bank of America, Beneficial Savings Bank, Bryn Mawr Trust, Citibank, TD Bank, Wachovia Bank, Firstrust Bank, Lowe’s, Office Depot, A&P, AutoZone, Keystone AAA and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Ken McEvoy

Director, CMRE Network
Ken McEvoy is a founding principal of CMRE and Director of Network.  He is responsible for soliciting new members that are focused on selling retail assets. He is also responsible for the CMRE website and social media for the network.

Managing Principal, Equity Retail Brokers, 1995 to Present
Ken McEvoy is one of the managing principals of Equity Retail Brokers, full-service retail commercial real estate firm based in Conshohocken, PA. Ken has 11 years of commercial real estate experience and is primarily responsible for originating investment sales activity as well as representing sophisticated property owners with their Mid-Atlantic real estate needs. He has a thorough real estate background including the sale, lease and management of private and publicly held commercial properties. Mr. McEvoy has completed in excess of $300M in commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, he serves as a founding member of CMRE, Capital Markets Real Estate Network.

Tim McGinley

Director, Business Development
Tim McGinley is a Director of the CMRE Network.  He is responsible for soliciting new members in the mortgage brokerage sector.  He is also responsible for implementing systems to generate business and clients in the debt and equity sector.   

Director of Business Development, Duquesne Capital Advisors, 2009 to Present
Tim joined Duquesne Capital Advisors as their Director of Business Development and is a principal of the company.  He has cultivated new client relationships and has been involved in over 350 million in loan originations across all property types since joining the firm in 2009. His goals are to identify new business opportunities – new markets, new partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets while also servicing offerings to better meet the needs of current clients.  Tim’s day to day operations involve constant communication with various lenders including but not limited to CMBS, Life Insurance companies and regional bankers ensuring clients are receiving the markets best pricing available in real time.  Through honesty and integrity, Tim has achieved the highest respect of his collages from both the lenders and borrowers alike.

Gerard O’Malley

Director, Business Development
Gerard O’Malley is a Director of the CMRE Network.  He is responsible for soliciting new members in the mortgage brokerage sector.  He is also responsible for implementing systems to generate business and clients in the debt and equity sector.

Chief Executive Officer, Duquesne Capital Advisors, 2008 to Present
Gerard has served as its Chief Executive Officer since its formation in 2008. He is one of the guiding forces behind our firm’s growth and success, and has set standards nationally for expertise, vision and reputation in commercial real estate finance. He has 12 years of experience in real estate advisory work, and has personally negotiated more than $240,000,000 in real estate financing transactions.

Over his career, Gerard has developed deep and lasting relationships with a broad array of lenders, including banks, agency lenders, life companies and conduit lenders. He has built tried-and-true relationships with many sophisticated and active real estate owners and operators. Gerard is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the group as well as strategic planning and new business development.

Prior to founding DCA, Gerard was a mortgage banker for PHH, a mortgage advisory firm.  In addition to working at PHH, Gerard worked with Liberty Capital overseeing acquisitions and private placement transactions.
